Looking for a quiet woman, preferably a student, to fill a vacant room. It is a semi furnished big room, there is a double bed with a mattress in there and a closet but if you have your own stuff we can remove it.
You must be clean, tidy, willing to pay bond, willing to sign for a lease until the end of this year. Bills are separate (internet, electricity) and we split them and pay them as they are due. Heavy drinkers or party people are not welcome as the four of us work and study.
