Hi I am looking for housemates to share a house with near UTAS.

Doing my second year in the uni. The house is located at Dalkeith Court, Sandy Bay. It is 6 mins drive from UTAS, bus stop is just one min walk from the house. This is a

3 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, and 2 parking.

If you are a student looking for accommodation near UTAS, this is the place for you. Quite place to live at, no party and no pets.

The rent is 250/ week for singles, 200/week if you rent the house for more than 6 months.

Couple is 300/week, 250/week if you rent the house for more than 6 months.

Share bills.
