我住在同一块地上的另一个villa，帮隔壁local房东发发广告介绍介绍。
关于房子
-三房两卫一浴室一车库，房子是同一块地上的两个unit的其中之一，两个房子都是独立的大house，中间间隔很宽，互不打扰（我和我partner就住在隔壁，寻找有兴趣当邻居的小伙伴）
-房子二月份之后由房东亲手翻新，非常用心。
-房子所在的街道很不错，因为在山上所以景观很好，周围的邻居也都还不错
-适合有车的小伙伴，开车下山5分钟就到moonah central
-房东夫妇人也很nice，翻新房子很用心，租房也是直接跟他们签约的
