Barista/ Cafe All-Rounder

We are on the lookout fora more experienced, passionate and FUN personality to join our management team.

We are looking for someone who has plenty ofcafe experience, is extremely personable and can build and retain customerrelationships. We would love you to have amazing coffee skills (frequent manualgrind adjustments, site dosing, free pouring, patterns + speed) and bepassionate about serving tasty coffee and also training other staff to maintainthis high quality. We will spend 2 - 4 weeks with you ensuring you are up tospeed with all aspects of how we run and manage our business.

Open over 7 days, you will be working 20-40hours per week which may include one full day on the weekend depending on yourindustry experience level. We promote a fun work environment whilst alsomaintaining a high level of professionalism in the workplace.

•        You must beexperienced in making multiple coffees simultaneously due to high demand.
•        Basic Latte Art isessential.
•        Have a minimum of2 years previous experience working in a similar fast paced cafe in a seniorbarista position.
•        Have a vibrantpersonality, build relationships with our loyal customers and most of all beproud in what you do best - making great coffee.

The business timeis from 6am to 7 pm.
