房屋信息:4 bedrooms(maximum 4 people) town house with 2 toliets and 1 bathroom; gas cooking+outdoor BBQ facilities;various of fruit trees;kitchen wares provided;on-premise parking.
房间信息:a single room with a LARGE wardrobe;a large glass window that welcomes the sunshine since sun rise till 2 to 3pm;2 tables, a queen size bed and a heater is provided; the bill for winter is 20bucks per week(it is even cheaper in the rest seasons ).
工作:for the basic duty, general and simple house cares that will cover your cost of accommadation. For the extra work, age care service and rates will be discussed with the house owner.
