We have a fully furnished room forrent in our large four bedroom house (one bedroom is used as an office).

House Features include:
*Amazing views.
*Very low power bills (Solar hot water, LED lighting, heatpump)
*Only 10minutes walk from university
*Buses pickup just outside the house twice per hour to UTAS and city.

House is at 215 Nelson road with 3quiet and respectful housemates (two Chinese Malaysian - one Australian 他会说一点点中文 {:soso_e100:}). The room is fully furnished.
