Room for rent

10 minutes walk to the uni and 5 mins to the supermarket and greengrocer. The housemates are two chinese boys, who are very nice. The electricity fees are very cheap compared with other houses. The room is full of sunshine and it is very warm even in the winter. Long term or short term are both fine. There is only one thing: no internet. yes. hehe. i am really sorry about that. last time, because i want to move into a cheap room with my friend so i put the advertisement. But that house is rented to other two girls so i cannot move out. This time, my best friend and I already took one house which is very nice and located in a very peaceful place. So...

Just want to add some words on my room. In which i already said, it is really cheap one. I have already took one house with my room, and the we will sign the contract on this thursday. So i am really hurry to rent out the current room. The rent is negotiable. If anyone interested, please contact with me.

One of my housemate is going to graduate. So his room is also available now. Therefore, two best friends can both move in together. About the internet, you and the new tenant can discuss with another of my housemate.
