Welcome couples to rent the ensuite master bedroom in our 3-bedroom house. The house is within 10 min walking distance to Moonah shopping centre and Springfield metro station. Super convenient to reach City or Brooker highway. If there is any traffic on the highway, you can choose various shortcuts to reach the city.
As your master bedroom has a toilet and a shower, you will only share the kitchen with the other housemate and me.
We are around 30 years old, mature and professional workers in Hobart.
We love keeping the house quiet and tidy, so we would prefer you and your mates have a regular study/work/ rest schedule and DO NOT make any unreasonable noise during the night.
We prefer you are:
1. Matue people between 25-35 years old.
2. Quiet, independent, and respect all housemates.
3. Cleaning your cutleries, plates, stove, microwave, and oven after cooking EACH Time.
As this is a legal house rented from the local real estate agent, we can add your name to the rental lease agreement so you can be assured that your rights are protected by Tasmania Real Estate Agreement.
The rent will be $195 for a single person, which includes water and unlimited fastest Telstra Internet.
For a couple, the rent is $230, including water and unlimited Telstra Internet.
Electricity will be shared equally among all housemates in the house.
We prefer a long term lease (> 6 months). However, we welcome short term as well, but the rental price may change slightly.
