其實真的很便宜, 兩個人租, 只是$105 @, 地點也很方便, 去uni( 20min walk), sandy bay Woolworths( 15min WALK), city( 20 min walk) 都很近!
隔音好, 環境好, 地點好, 隔音好, neightbours 也很好, 從來都未有party!
