有关澳洲合同法里，关于违约金的相关条例，能发给在下看看吗？谢谢了。

Contract is generally common law, there are few legislation around for different topics.  If you think its something important, you are better off to see a lawyer.  I have done law, so I know those students in law school don't really know much and they don't have any professional responsibilities.

As I said, without knowing the details of your case, it is impossible to determine the relevant law.  Further, contract law is mainly case based law.  I think it would best if you can specify your question.  Further, I don't believe you can get a 100% answer, as there is nothing 100% in the legal system.

做项目工程方面。

根据项目工程的大小，规定时间内未完成相关任务，以及一方违约对另一方造成巨大损失，或者一方违约只对另一方造成较小损失的。分别违约金的比例是怎么计算。是有一定的比例？还是双方在签订合同时候，达成共识所所商量的数额？

You can read the chapter in the Contract Text book about damages.  Otherwise, I couldn't really tell you anything else since I do not know the full details of your case here.  
There could be certain terms on the contract which specify the damage when there is breach.  If the amount is too great, it might be worth while to see a lawyer, you can come and see me tomorrow, maybe I can give you some suggestions regarding the case.
