North Hobart一室一厅对外短租（客厅，非卧室）

因为是客厅，我住在相连的卧室中，进出时可能会影响到你，所以比较适合短租的同学/朋友们。15刀一晚，没有入住天数的要求。
楼下就是IGA/Hill St Grocery，走路5分钟就是north hobart餐馆酒吧一条街。IGA对面就是公车站，去哪里都很方便。有车的朋友们可以直接停楼下的车位，本人无车。

The lounge room in a one bedroom unit in North Hobart now is available. $15/day and no min night is required, but a bond of $50 is required due to the lounge is fully carpeted. Not too much furniture to offer just one sofa-bed, a lamp, and a small side table, and another standard size table.
You'll be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with me, as shown in the photo. No internet in the unit.

It has a perfect location that close to both public transport and facilities. IGA is just downstairs. Has one dedicated car parking spot right out of the door.
