You are going t share the house with 2 early 30 local guys and a small friendly dog.

You should be able to move in on September 2nd. !!

My lease will end on September 14th, but I already got the new place so I need to move there very urgent just to keep that place. You will be renting this room under my lease for 2 weeks then will need to sign contract with the owner. This place is not operated by agents, so it will be easy to talk and bargain.
