Situated in popular West Moonah, this spacious villa is one of two on the block, and within easy commuting distance of the Hobart CBD and local shopping centres.

It features three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (two upstairs and one down.)

-三房一卫一车库，房子是同一块地上的两个unit的其中之一，两个房子都是独立的大house，中间间隔很宽，互不打扰（我和我partner就住在隔壁，寻找有兴趣当邻居的小伙伴）
-房子二月份之后由房东亲手翻新，非常用心。
-房子所在的街道很不错，因为在山上所以景观很好，周围的邻居也都还不错
-适合有车的小伙伴，开车下山5分钟就到moonah central
-房东夫妇人也很nice，翻新房子很用心，租房也是直接跟他们签约的

关于邻居（就是我）
-我和我男朋友都很安静，有点宅，爱玩动森
-我还挺爱做饭，可以一起交流厨艺
-我们也爱音乐，讨论一些时事，但总体还是内向哈哈
-总说远亲不如近邻，所以希望可以趁此机会找到热心的邻居小伙伴
