The Deputy Prime Minister has announced the opening of applications to participate in the International Student Roundtable. This is a unique opportunity for you to have a say in helping shape the international student experience.
The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations has requested our assistance in circulating information to students to ensure maximum awareness of the opportunity to participate. Please see below details on the process for participating in the International Student Roundtable. International Student Roundtable – Applications now open!
International students currently studying in Australia are invited to nominate for the International Student Roundtable being convened by the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, the Hon. Julia Gillard MP.
The Roundtable is your opportunity to discuss your study experience in Australia and put forward your ideas on how to address any issues affecting your experience as an international student.
The Government will cover the travel costs of students who are selected to participate in the Roundtable which will take place in Canberra on 14 and 15 September 2009.
Applications can be submitted online up until 8 August 2009.
