想询问下投资移民的问题

我有一个朋友是非洲的，家里是个军阀，他的一个亲戚在非洲，战乱现在想带一大笔钱来澳州，如果想在这个地方投资移民，那种方式比较好，农场，酒店，房子，他们自己可以申请到business visa， 我也搞不明白，希望知道的人说一下， 全当是帮忙。
