MODL Review will be released in December

Hi all

I've just been advised by a senior DIAC officer that there will be no announcement about the recommendations of the MODL Review this month.

It is expected the announcement will be made in December.

I hope that goes some way to allaying the rumours that are flying around and adding stress and uncertainty to an already stressful situation.
