问个关于中介退房时的问题

Option one, omit the rent payment on 10th, to deduct it directly out of bond.
Option two, on 10th June, pay only 5 days worth of rent.
either way, it'll be good if you can contact the agent before hand and ask which way they prefer, just to be polite.

如果我6月15号退房，但是我之前一次教的房租是6月10号交的，中介会在6月10号时收5天的房租，还是继续收2个星期的房租，然后再退给我9天的房租，还是不会退？谢谢~
