Recruite waitress

There is a Chinese restaurant to be hunting a girl who can take the job of waitress.

This job needs the candidate who owns strong ability of English communication, and it also requests the person who has lived in Hobart at least one year. Plus, experience of waitress is good but not necessary.

我是帮老板发帖，老板人挺好的，因为是waitress，估计男的做不了，其实一年是确保你的英文水平，塔州的人说话会有口音，如果你听不懂他们的英文，到时就麻烦了~~，一般来的久一点的人，都没问题~~，如果你很有信心，不到一年也无所谓呀，能过了training 就成~~谢谢大家的意见~~

LZ能把薪水贴上来么？

估計薪水不會很高。搞不好甚至是個位數。最好能明確把薪水貼出來。

華人店始終是跳板，能找到鬼佬店的都不在華人店里做了。

TRUE!! But look at the other side of it, dining in the western restaurants will always cost us a bomb and burn a deep hole in our pocket. That is why they are willing to pay more compare to the chinese. I am not sure, but i guess that is the reason of it. What do u guys think?

如果大家有意，就直接打电话给老板吧，我也是帮忙，关于薪水，个人觉得平均下来，每小时能到2位数，不过肯定有training的~不过个人认为这个工作环境很练口语，因为餐馆是table的，你能力强tips很多的~~反正有意者自己联系老板吧~~我明天出去玩了，可能回答不了大家的问题了~~另外，如果你住sandy bay ，估计晚上管送~~
