详细描述 Short term or long term rent depends on whatever you want. no bond no contract. $42 per week very cheap. bed, mattress, wardrobe, chair and desk. one problem is no electricity supply at the moment. electricity connection negotiable with other house mates (1 Nepalese couple and 1 black woman.

My mobile is optus prepaid. I do not have qq to use.

Your understanding is correct. there is  No electricity supply.
