雇主担保---改条件了？

看到一个条款，移民网页的说明，说家人即使不在申请里面，也不打算移民，也必须提供体检的结果。那就是父母兄弟姐妹，都要去体检？
他们都在国内 ！ 这个非常困惑，难道雇主担保改条件了？希望知道的人帮忙回答下。非常感谢，时间紧迫。。

Permanent visa applicants
All members of your immediate family, including dependant family members who do not intend to migrate, must meet the health requirement. This includes all children under the age of 18 years as well as other dependants, regardless of whether they live with you and whether they intend to migrate.

spouse and any dependants must be assessed against the health
requirement. If your spouse and dependants are not included
in the visa application they must also be assessed against the
health requirement.

just ignor me....misunderstood it..........only partner and own children(if you have) need to do the medical examination, even though if they don't migrate with you........lol.......i  have neither ............::xt029::

雇主担保的中介费不是公司掏的吗？我身边两位都是公司全包

我也看到了   他说的是all children under the age of 18 years as well as other dependants并不是所有的家庭成员    顺便问下LZ   一年半的会计（本科非会计相关专业）可以考CPA吗？
