虽然时间等了挺久,但是澳洲邮局总部最终还是给了我们道歉信,那个混蛋已经被给于查看警告,很可惜,他们的记录目前只有我一个人投诉他们的服务态度和歧视,2次以上严重警告他们的将会考虑对他们实质性的处罚,下次如果我们Hobart这里还有哪个华人再碰上这样的是,一定要团结,投诉到底,捍卫自己应有的权利!

At the outset, I would like to assure you that Australia Post is working hard to provide all our customers with a first class postal service and we are very mindful of our customers' service expectations.
Your complaint has been brought to the attention of the Area Manager for Australia Post’s Retail Network. The complaint will be addressed internally between the Area Manager and the staff at the Post Office. We believe the heightened awareness of the difficulties you described will avoid a reoccurrence in the future.
