There's badminton court at 101 Cascade rd, South Hobart.  A group of us usually go there on Friday night, 6:30-8:30, $10 per person, racquet can be borrowed.  Everyone is welcome to join us. :-)

Elphin sports centre, every thursday night, 7:30 onwards, there's a social badminton session. and there's Uni gym court available for hire as well.
Between 6-8pm, Scott Johnson also runs a badminton training session at Elphin centre. Let me know if you are keen, I can find out the contact number for you.

since there are a few of us, if you have trouble getting to the court, let us know, maybe we can arrange a car pool or something.  :-)
