Rejects shop managing director Gerry Masters from Melbourne at the opening of the Hobart store
DISCOUNT variety retailer The Reject Shop opened its doors for the first time in Tasmania this morning.
The store, in Hobart's Cat and Fiddle arcade, opened at 9am.
The chain has over 160 stores across the country and this is the first Tasmanian store.
The Reject Shop's managing director Gerry Masters said the store completes the "missing link" in the company's national store portfolio.
"Tasmania is a strong focus for us with plans to create an initial network of up to 10 stores in the medium-term with a longer term presence of 20 stores throughout the state," he said. |
