We are a tidy, friendly and easy going crew, who welcome a similar type of respectful and independent housemate to join our fun little family.

Fairly new house has a well equipped kitchen, shared area including sun living room with large TV and sofa, bathroom with bath/shower, plus seperate toilet, small front yard, own parking space. 6 mins walk to bus, 7mins drive to kingston town.


One single room $220 per week with four weeks bond, which includes wifi and water. Electricity bill is shared. Unfurnished bedroom with clean carpet and build-in wardrobe.


We are looking for someone who don't mind buying own food, paying rent on time and can pitch in to do a little bit of cleaning every now and then. Long-term prefered.

We usually quiet while working at home but sometimes try to make fun time for catch ups.
