Responsibilities: 职责:
l Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction 为客户提供高质量的服务 l Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages 为客户点餐并且进行传菜传饮品的服务 l Providing menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons 为客户提供菜品推荐,解答客户疑问,为客户提供更多的信息 l Up-selling additional products when appropriate 为客户提供更多的升级和附加服务 l Preparing tables by setting up tableware 准备餐桌和餐具 l Communicating order details to other Kitchen Staff 关于点单的内容与后厨充分沟通 l Checking dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness, presentation, and reporting related problems 检查厨房和餐饮器具的情况和整洁程度,汇报出现的问题 l Delivering checks and collecting bill payments 负责收银收款工作 l Meeting with restaurant staff for reviewing daily specials 与其他员工一起对日产工作进行评估 l Changing the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties) 为特殊场合和活动更改菜单并且提供专门服务(例如聚会)
Requirements: 要求:
l Related experience in a similar establishment 具有相关工作经验 l Demonstrating a strong focus on maintaining the highest levels of services 高度专注于提供高质量的服务 l Having strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to work under pressures in a large and dynamic operation 在高强度工作下具有良好的组织能力和抗压能力 l Exhibiting exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills 展现良好的沟通和表达能力 l Demonstrating highly developed customer service skills coupled with passion and extensive knowledge of fine food, premium wine, and operational practices 具有良好的客户服务技巧,对于餐饮行业、酒品以及相关操作流程具有丰富知识 l Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings and weekends 工作时间可在平日、周末和晚间灵活调整 l Speaking Cantonese is preferred 会讲广东话更好
