(有意向的朋友请扫描二维码咨询橘子招工小助手) Need: 1 persons 需求:1人 Responsibilities: 职责: l Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients for cooking and cooking equipment 为厨房备菜以及做好各项准备工作 l Cooking food in various utensils or grillers 烹饪各类菜品 l Checking food while cooking to stir or turn 烹饪菜品过程中的烹饪顺序进行检查 l Ensuring good presentation by dressing dishes before they are served 确保正确的准备餐具 l Keeping a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment 确保厨房整洁有序 l Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly 确保食物和各项物品良好储藏 l Checking the quality of ingredients 检查各原料的品质和质量 l Monitoring stock and place orders when there are in shortages 注意各类储备的短缺,并进行上报 Requirements: 要求: l Proven experience as a cook 具有相关后厨工作经验 l Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware 有使用切割工具、刀具和烤具的相关经验 l Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) 具备各类烹饪流程和方法的知识 l Ability to follow all sanitation procedures 具有卫生清洁等工作能力 l Ability to work in a team 具备团队合作能力 l Good communication skills 具备良好的沟通能力 l Excellent physical condition and stamina 具备良好的身体素质 l Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage 具有相关烹饪证书优先 l Speak Cantonese is preferred 会讲广东话更好 Work Location: City Centre 工作位置:市区
