BELLERIVE RENTAL with a VIEW
Wanted a student to rent a fully furnished private bedroom/lounge with own bathroom and kitchenette in Bellerive. Total floor area 45m2.
The applicant must be of quiet nature, non-smoking, female, neat and tidy.  The applicable person must show respect for the property and ensure that the private area provided remains clean.  This is not a place for persons to have friends over to stay.  Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.  No pets.
The area provided has its own entrance and private garden area to enjoy with an outdoor barbecue.

References are required.

The rent is $300 per week which includes power and water.  A bond of $1,200.00 is required.  The term of the rental would be for 6-12 months.
