Seeking housemates, move in date 11/1/2021. Not for short term so at least for something like 6 months, this house contract ends at early July 2021, happy to extend that if that’s what we want to do.

You’re living in this historical cottage located on a quiet street on Letitia St. 2 blocks away from the most vibrant area with all the fancy restaurants and bars of nth Hobart. Fantastic location with 15 min walking distance to CBD and 5 min walk to Woolworths, plenty of free street parking and public transport is right next to our street. You’ll find our house is welcoming full of small touches and makes you feel like home, providing full set of kitchen wares which you can come settle in with only your luggage. This is a three bedroom house with one bath. This house is fully furnished all rent include water, NBN, gas, Maintenance (reasonable ware and tear) excluding electricity.

IMPORTANT: please allow 1-2 weeks for the initial application to by the real estate agency to go on the lease. You also need to be able do a credit check for the application.
