This email is only relevant if you are an international Accounting student graduating this semester and you are planning to apply for a Migration Skills Assessment.



Nina Webb (from CPA Tas) has requested that all international students be informed that there will be new requirements for Migration Skills Assessment from 1st July which includes an IELTS of 7. Please refer to CPA website:  http://www.cpaaustralia.com.au/c ... -how-migration.html



If you are an international student graduating this semester, you may wish to apply prior to obtaining your award and then to follow up by sending your award, letter of completion and academic transcript when you receive it after July 1st to complete your application in the current assessment.  To ensure that your applications for Migration skills assessment is received prior to the new requirements on 1st July, you need to lodge your applications on-line on the CPA website either privately or go to the CPA office to gain assistance in doing so.



Current processing time for Migration Skills Assessments with CPA Australia  is 6 weeks so hence the urgency and Nina’s encouragement for on-line applications. There is a cost of $350 to be paid by credit card.  If you do want to go through your application with Nina at the CPA office you will need to make an appointment as it takes approx 20 minutes. Nina is  happy to be contacted for clarification. Please refer all questions to Nina.



朋友转发的EMAIL 我想大家去查一下UTAS邮箱应该会有  之前听说只要满足12门中9门的要求就可以提交申请然后补上材料（前提似乎是有本科或以上学历） 不知道这样是否可以规避7月1日的评估要求

但是之前也有参加过CPA新闻发布会的朋友转帖 ：
这个新的评估政策适用于7月1日之后还没有得到评估结果的申请人，也就是说如果申请人是在现在递交了申请,但是在7月1日之前还没有得到评估结果的话，CPA 发言人的原话是 "highly possible need to meet the new assessment criteria"，也就是雅思四个7分。

现在是没一个定论 不过既然没把话说死 那就是还有希望 ~这学期毕业的赶紧的吧

EMAIL中指出 现在网上或者IN PERSON递交职业评估是可行的 材料之后补齐 但是是否可以规避新政还是不确定 但总比什么都不做好~哈哈

我知道楼主说的参加发布会的那个帖子，说提交的时间点不算，算评估结果出来的时间点。是滴答网上的一个帖子，点的人多了，跑到最前面去了。不清楚帖子作者的来源，不发表评论。但就这封信而言，‘you may wish to apply prior to obtaining your award and then to follow up by sending your award, letter of completion and academic transcript when you receive it after July 1st to complete your application in the current assessment.’ in the current assessment，不是很清楚的说明是算在现在的政策条件下的嘛。之前还有今年7月毕业的同学去CPA咨询过，应该问题不大的。当然，我相信有关的同学肯定都会去咨询了。老实说，按照滴答的说法，那时间几乎是不够的，拿本科学位申请，清华认证就得至少20个工作日，不包括邮递和国定假，还有本科学校答复耽搁的时间，评估又要6-8周。怎么可能7月之前下评估。。。。。。滴答的那个说法有待证实，个人比较怀疑

因为CPA等官网上没有明确说明7月1日的政策是否有回溯性质
现在的情况就是 能申请的就先申请 不管是不是要符合新要求

去过那次发布会的都被告知"highly possible need to meet the new assessment criteria" 这是他们一贯的行径 不会给你一个正面的满意的答复 就像问起会计本科和金融硕士是不是RELEVANT 移民局也只会回答要看具体课程来决定 是不是CLOSE RELEVANT 没有定义就随便他们讲 话没说死就可以任由他们变化。。。

其实说实话 2月8号之前也没人想到07年的OFF SHORE会被回溯取消。。。。

移民局有多淫荡不是常理可以理解的 {:3_186:}
