Private room available in our sharehoure in Lucaston, in the Huon Valley.

Quite location with a big yard.


The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 of them we keep as a study with a piano in it, and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of parking available.

There is fast NBN internet and the house is completely furnished.

We have 2 cats.

There is a big woolworths within 10 minutes drive in Huonville. There are also mechanics, dentists, doctors, a mitre 10, takeaway shops and so on.

Hobart is just under 30 minutes by car.


We are looking for someone that wants to stay at least 6 months.

The price is 100 excl bills (just power and NBN).
