The truth is when maturity usually no bond  will be refunded, and you have to pay extra fees in this house, like mowing fees, house cleaning fees, which is usually not included in the other places. This landlord is quite stingy and annoying if living there

I am totally agree with you. The room is good but the people there tell another story!

Be careful and think twice when you plan to rent the rooms in that house! I am just trying to tell you the trueth based my own experience. Believe it or not!
